Suncadia is looking for both room attendants & house attendants to help us through our busy holiday season and for deep cleaning to prep for the spring break & summer seasons.

Salary: $20.00/hour

This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:

• Season Start: November 2026
• Season End: March 2027

Hours will fluctuate as business needs rise and fall throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working all scheduled shifts;
• Ensure the safe keeping of Guest’s Personal Property while working within their lodging unit by showing Integrity and Honesty at all times;
• Cleaning of Lodge and Inn Units to include: making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, scrubbing floors, spotting carpets, cleaning fireplaces, vacuuming all living areas, sweeping, mopping, dusting, spot cleaning windows and checking outside trash areas;
• Maintain Suncadia Resort standard of quality and cleanliness in all lodge units assigned each day;
• Maintain a housekeeping cart and return it daily to the housekeeping closet. The cart must be left in a “tidy and stocked state” to be used immediately the following day;
• Understand and abide by all Suncadia policies, procedures, and safety regulations;
• General cleaning tasks may be assigned in areas including: Condos, Health and Fitness Centers, Recreational facilities, Public Spaces, Spa and freestanding homes throughout Suncadia Resort.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping preferred
• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
• High attention-to-detail with proven ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
