Key Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct clients on winter fishing techniques and safety procedures
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in cold weather conditions
• Maintain and operate fishing equipment and safety gear
• Provide expert advice on local fish species, habitats, and best practices
• Monitor weather conditions and adapt plans accordingly
• Foster a positive and engaging experience for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fishing, particularly in winter or cold weather environments
• Strong knowledge of local fish species, habitats, and fishing techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate and maintain fishing and safety equipment
• First aid and emergency response certification preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
