We’re looking for a Social Media Co-op to join our North American Coffee Marketing team and help bring some of our most-loved coffee brands to life on social. This isn’t a “sit on the sidelines and observe” kind of co-op. You’ll be part of the team creating, posting, trend-spotting, brainstorming and helping us figure out how brands can show up in culture in ways people actually want to engage with.
You’ll work across brands including Keurig®, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters®, The Original Donut Shop®, McCafé® at Home and Keurig Coffee Collective®, with opportunities to support other brands and partnerships across our coffee portfolio.

We’re looking for someone who: Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Lives and breathes social media and genuinely understands how people use TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms Has strong creative instincts and an eye for content that feels native - not overly branded Is curious, resourceful and willing to pitch an idea even if it’s a little out there Can move quickly without losing attention to detail Is organized enough to balance multiple brands, projects and deadlines Loves internet culture, creators, trends and understanding why something is taking off Is comfortable capturing content on a phone and learning basic editing tools Can work collaboratively in a fast-moving corporate environment Is excited to learn, ask questions and jump in Bonus points if you’ve managed a social account, created content for a student organization, brand or yourself, know your way around CapCut or InShot, or have ever correctly predicted a trend before it hit your group chat. Most importantly, you won’t spend four months just taking notes in meetings. We want your POV. Social changes every day, and we believe some of the best ideas can come from the people closest to culture. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE By the end of your co-op, you’ll know our brands, our audiences and our social channels inside and out. You’ll be able to spot an opportunity, turn it into an idea, help bring it to life and understand whether it worked. And ideally, you’ll leave with a camera roll full of content, a portfolio full of work you’re proud of, and a very strong opinion about what makes a good brand TikTok.
