Winter 2027 Co-op - Email Marketing

As a

Winter 2027 Email Marketing Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will join the Keurig.com consumer relationship management team for a Co-op that gives hands-on experience with a best-in-class CRM system. Apprentice under the Manager of CRM sending campaigns that drive results and build relationships.  

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

Shift/Schedule:

  • The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4th – June 4th, 2027
  • Location: Burlington, MA
  • Full-time; 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am until 5:00pm
  • Hybrid

As a Winter 2027 Email Marketing Co-op you will support the execution and optimization of CRM initiatives for Keurig.com. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing the promotional CRM calendar, including building, testing, and scheduling promotional emails.
  • Briefing the creative team on requirements for digital asset creation.
  • Conducting A/B testing for promotional emails, including subject line and preheader variations.
  • Assisting with reporting on multi-channel campaign performance.
  • Supporting CRM strategy development through miscellaneous analytical projects.
  • Managing ad hoc campaigns as needed.

  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
  • Receive mentor support for your professional development
  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business


Total Rewards:

  • $28/hour

  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $5,000 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment

  • Requirements:
    • Undergraduate

    currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems or another related field

  • Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Data Analytics
  • Experience with CRM systems like Klaviyo is highly desired, as well as familiarity with HTML
