Position Click & Collect Clerk
Location: 370 Main Street, Winkler, MB.
Status: Part-Time, Permanent, Non-Management.
Shifts: 10-15 hours/week Daytime shifts only (7:30am – 1pm or 7:30am – 12pm). Shift end times may vary based on workload. Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required.
What you’ll do:
The Click & Collect Clerk is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service; administering the Click and Collect program, shopping the orders, operating a check-out, processing payments and basic administrative tasks. In addition to Click & Collect duties, this position may involve front-end assistance, cashier responsibilities, and support for other departments as required.
The Click & Collect Clerk will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Living the Brand
The Click & Collect Clerk will consistently represent and uphold the Co‑op brand by demonstrating Gardenland Co‑op’s vision, mission, and values in all interactions.
You will act as a Co‑op ambassador with a strong understanding of the Cooperative Retailing System and the cooperative business model, striving to build and maintain positive, healthy relationships with both co‑workers and customers.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and team members.
Work well in a team-oriented environment.

Work Duties & Requirements
Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Use computers and digital tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, email, and smartphones to complete assigned tasks.
Perform work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently lift and carry items weighing 10-25 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the role.
Qualifications
Strong commitment to customer service and service excellence.
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable handling cash and performing basic mathematical calculations.
Proficient with basic computer applications and technology.
Able to meet the physical demands of the position.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
