Als Kassa & Servicemedewerker bij MediaMarkt zet jij je elke dag in om de wens van de klant te overtreffen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant met een glimlach vertrekt, door actief mee te denken en complete oplossingen te bieden. Je helpt klanten niet alleen bij het afrekenen, maar signaleert ook moeiteloos of ze verder nog iets nodig hebben, zoals after sales, reparatie, online afhalen of een stukje extra service. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte geld- en goederenstroom en werkt nauw samen met het team aan een soepele dag in de winkel.
