What You'll do:

- Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments.

- Manage and support Active Directory and related services.

- Administer DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, and Remote Desktop Services.

- Manage SCCM, including software deployment, update management, and system monitoring.

- Implement and maintain security and compliance policies across the Microsoft infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents and critical system issues.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to improve the reliability, security, and performance of the Microsoft environment.

- Participate in the on-call rotation to provide operational support and incident response.

Who You Are:

- 3+ years of experience in systems administration.

- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.

- Solid knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).

- Experience administering DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).

- Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), including software deployment, patch management, and monitoring.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation.

- Experience with Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) is considered an advantage.
