Job Description

What The Position is About:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace company products at customer homes
  • Provide customers with information on care, operation, and maintenance of their products
  • Generate, update, and complete all service-related paperwork
  • Conduct any necessary follow-up service work and communicate with Service Coordinators to ensure the best customer service is provided
  • Load your service van with all necessary parts and equipment while ensuring the vehicle stays in safe, working order
  • Keep the service area neat and organized

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience servicing or installing windows
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency with technology (Apple phone, data entry, Microsoft Suite)
