Working Hours: Full-time employee

Since ELA’s establishment in 1972, our business has continuously been expanding, we are specialists in mobile room solutions. Our family-run company based in Haren (Ems), Germany, is growing at a fast pace and we are actively looking for qualified and dedicated team players to join us locally, internationally and beyond.

We are currently looking for additional production staff for Weimar GmbH in Lotte, a company belonging to the ELA Group that specialises in the construction of windows and doors for modular buildings.

Your Future Role

• Manufacture of window components in production
• Collaboration in the timely production of windows for container and modular construction methods
• Operation and monitoring of machines in cutting, milling and welding processes
• Assumption of minor management or team leadership tasks in production (depending on experience)

What You Bring to the Team

• Several years of professional experience in production or skilled trades
• Completed vocational training, e.g. as a carpenter or metalworker, is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement
• Manual dexterity and an interest in learning new skills
• Initial management experience is an advantage – alternatively, willingness to develop into a management role
• Independent, committed and responsible approach to work.
