Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Window Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, fitting, and repairing various types of windows in residential and commercial properties. Your attention to detail and expertise will ensure that all windows are installed correctly, providing safety, insulation, and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities

• Measure, fit, and install new windows according to specifications and building regulations.
• Remove old windows and prepare openings for new installations.
• Ensure all windows are properly sealed and insulated to prevent drafts and water penetration.
• Repair or replace damaged window components as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and other tradespeople to deliver projects on time and to standard.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations meet company standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Window Fitter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of window installation techniques and building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.
• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness to handle installation tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Familiarity with a variety of window types and materials.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
