Window Cleaner Supervisor
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the work performed for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Train new staff of proper procedures and techniques
Ensure use of appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and solutions to ensure streak-free and spotless finishes.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals
Cleaning building exterior, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment at times
Inspect windows for damage or maintenance needs and report findings.
Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other access equipment to reach windows at various heights.
Qualifications: (experience needed and education)
High school education preferred
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Minimum one year of previous experience in the industry
Salary: $36.00/hour
Job Type: Full time permanent position for a minimum of 32 hours per week
Language: Intermediate English speaking is required

Work locations will vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee. A meet point may be provided for transportation to or from certain job sites (carpooling).
