• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Winder Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently:

• Set up and operate Elsner and other winding equipment
• Read and interpret production orders to prepare materials and machine settings
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings for optimal output
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to reduce downtime
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspection
• Maintain production flow by keeping machines running efficiently
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately

Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔧 Required Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate machinery
• Basic math skills (including measurements and unit conversions)
• Ability to read and follow instructions, safety procedures, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

⭐ Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Experience in manufacturing, converting, or production environments
• Familiarity with winding equipment or Elsner machines
• Mechanical troubleshooting or machine adjustment experience
