Key Responsibilities:

Filament Winding Operations:

• Operate filament winding equipment to produce high-quality composite components.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain winding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Cross-Training and Collaboration:

• Work closely with experienced team members to develop expertise in filament winding operations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing goals and deadlines.
• Assist in training new team members on filament winding processes and equipment.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Perform routine maintenance on filament winding equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or processes, implementing solutions as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct inspections of finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document production processes and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certifications preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery.
• At least five years of filament winding experience.
• Basic understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
