Windchill PLM Business Analyst – Hybrid in Guadalajara, Mexico

We are seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to join a long-term enterprise project. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, optimizing PLM processes, and aligning Windchill capabilities with business needs across engineering and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Windchill PLM solutions.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Map business processes to Windchill Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities, minimizing customization.
• Configure workflows, lifecycles, and support integrations with CAD and ERP systems.
• Support BOM management and Change Management processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper solution implementation.
• Develop test plans, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system functionality.
• Document business processes and ensure alignment with PLM best practices.

Technical Skills Required

• 7+ years of experience in Windchill PLM (implementation, configuration, optimization)
• Strong experience with Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, Workflow, OIR, InfoEngine)
• Experience in requirements gathering and business process mapping
• Experience with BOM management and Change Management
• Strong documentation skills (user stories, functional specifications)
• Experience in UAT planning and execution
• Experience with CAD and ERP integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Advanced English
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills

Location & Schedule

• Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
