• Lead enterprise-scale Windchill migration and transformation programs from legacy PLM/PDM systems to PTC Windchill.
• Define migration strategies, architecture, roadmaps, and execution plans for Windchill implementation, upgrade, consolidation, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Analyze source systems, data models, business processes, integrations, and customizations to establish migration approaches.
• Architect and oversee extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and migration of engineering and product data.
• Lead migration of Parts, CAD Documents, WTDocuments, BOMs, Change Objects, Manufacturer Parts, Classifications, and Product Structures.
• Design migration frameworks, automation utilities, reconciliation processes, and data quality controls.
• Minimum 10-18 years of experience in PLM implementations, upgrades, and migration programs.
• Strong expertise in PTC Windchill architecture and core modules including Parts, Documents, Change Management, BOM Management, Classification, and Workflow.
• Extensive experience with Windchill migration methodologies, tools, and utilities.
• Hands-on experience migrating data from legacy PLM/PDM systems such as Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Agile PLM, SmarTeam, SAP PLM, or custom repositories.
• Strong knowledge of Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and Visualization solutions.
• Experience with Windchill APIs, Info*Engine, Windchill Bulk Migrator, Data Loaders, and integration frameworks.
• Understanding of Creo integrations, CAD data migration, and product structure management.
