Wind Turbine Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Wind Turbine Maintenance Supervisor to lead the internalization of O&M activities on the ECO122 platform. You will play a strategic role in structuring the team, managing contracts, and ensuring the operational excellence of our wind assets in Trairi/CE.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage in-house and outsourced teams, assigning tasks, monitoring execution, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Supervise the performance of the technical team, developing training plans, goals, and actions aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Act as the technical representative, interfacing between contractors and management, ensuring contractual compliance and operational alignment.
  • Manage the maintenance budget (OPEX and CAPEX), preparing cost forecasts, controlling expenses, and proposing adjustments for financial efficiency.
  • Coordinate internal technical quality audits, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
  • Ensure alignment between the engineering team and field team, guaranteeing that technical directives are correctly implemented and feeding back results.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, including LOTO practices and work-at-height safety procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, or Electronics.
  • Advanced technical and practical knowledge in wind turbine maintenance, preferably on the ECO122 platform.
  • Advanced leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills.
  • Experience with maintenance management tools/software and technical documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of budget control and contract management.
  • English – basic.
  • Dynamic, adaptable, cooperative profile, committed to delivering results.
  • Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation) and certifications such as NR-10, SEP, GWO, NR-35, and NR-33.

Location

Trairi, Ceará, Brazil. On-site work at the ENGIE Brasil Energia wind farm, CESM sector.
