About the role

The Wind Technician I supportsprojectscheduledmaintenance, unscheduled maintenance,inspection,and operationson aU.S.wind site. Meets or exceeds contractual, company, and project requirements. Conducts self inprofessional, ethical, and respectful manner to peers, managers, and clients.This isa great opportunityfor early-career technicians with mechanical aptitude who are ready to grow within the renewable industry.

This is a NON Travel, Local Site Role, located in Tiago, ND - Vestas 2MW Platform

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assistwith scheduled and unscheduled maintenanceand/or serviceactivities.

• Supportproject teamswithassessment,inspectionand/ortroubleshooting tasks.

• Documentaccurately,all serviceactivityincludingparts/materialsconsumption, detailed taskexplanations,and task start and stop timesusing digital reporting systems.

• Participate incompany and project health, safety and environmental, meetings,briefingsanddocumentation requirements.

• Communicate issues and solutionsconciselyto leadership.

• Adheres to, supports, and enforces all company policies.

• Build andmaintainpositive relationships with clients, peers, and managers at the company and projects.

• Work with InventoryControlto make sure projects are supplied properly with parts and consumables.

• Able toparticipateand respondtoprojectin an On-Call 24/7/365 rotation schedule.

• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 1+ years of mechanical, technical,preventative maintenance,or military experience.

• Wind industry exposure or tech school certification preferred.

• Vestasplatform experience, LOTO and certifications preferred(V100, V110).

• Comfortableclimbing to andworking at heights, confined spaces,and inadverseoutdoor environments.

• Valid driver’s licenseandgood drivingrecord

• Willingness to travel from time to time for training or to assist on other projects.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

This role requires regular work at heights,confined spaces,physical stamina, and the ability towork a rotational on call schedule.Applicants must adhere to site safety practices and perform in variable outdoor environments.

Travel:

As needed for training and toassiston other projects if necessary.
