Job Description

The Continuous Monitoring Leader is a key, high-exposure role within the Wind Services network. In this role, you will work across diverse areas of GE Wind Services and collaborate closely with multiple Centers of Excellence (CoEs) across the organization, including the Parts & Tooling team, Planned Maintenance team, Sourcing function, Major Component Exchanges team, Reliability Engineering, and Finance, among others.

You will drive a culture of cost assessment, active monitoring, reporting, and increased visibility into functional and financial performance.

Essential Responsibilities

In this role of Continuous Monitoring Leader, you will:

  • Drive a strong cost and execution management culture, ensuring visibility of data, timely analysis, and risk mitigation across the portfolio with COEs and fulfillment centers.

  • Collaborate closely with fulfillment operations through cost and cycle reviews, catalog assessments, target setting, and productivity/process improvement initiatives.

  • Apply data-driven insights and domain expertise to support cost target setting and enable informed strategic and tactical decision-making across FSA levels.

  • Provide financial and analytical support to optimize field execution outcomes, maximizing bonuses, minimizing LDs, and reducing total cost.

  • Develop forecasts and perform sensitivity analyses on key variables impacting Full Services Agreements performance.

  • Review analytical outputs and mitigation plans with senior management to identify trends, risks, and cost optimization opportunities.

  • Enhance data quality and decision-making by improving systems, standardizing information, and implementing advanced tools and methodologies.

  • Communicate key learnings across field organizations to promote best practice sharing and consistent implementation.

  • Lead independent, end-to-end project management from definition through execution and closeout, ensuring business alignment.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and enable effective communication between analysts, finance teams, regional functions, and global leadership to ensure alignment and change management success.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in relevant field (Business or Engineering)

  • Strong experience within the Energy industry and their products

  • Experience working with Full Services Agreements financials & lifecycle cost as well as with cost out programs and projects

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process development skills, as well as executive presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross functional, and highly matrixed environment with limited direct supervision or intervention

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time.

  • Fluent in English

  • Eligibility to work in the EU or U.S. required

Desired Characteristics

  • Master’s Degree in relevant fields (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or Business Administration)
  • Experience with Long Term Service Agreement / Contractual Services fulfillment framework in a Modeling, Productivity, or financial capacity in roles such as Contract Margin Review Modelers and Performance & Risk Managers.
  • Ability to energize teams, perceive change as an opportunity, and drive cross-functional process improvements
  • Ability to prioritize workload according to business objectives

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $118,600 and $197,600. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
