Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and client-focused Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our well-established and high achieving Wills & Estates team at HHG Legal Group.

The Role

You will work across a broad range of succession law matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Guardianship
• Probate and Letters of Administration
• Deceased estate administration
• Succession planning
• Testamentary trusts and complex estate planning
• Advising executors, administrators and beneficiaries
• Estate and succession law advice
• Estate-related negotiations and dispute resolution, where required
• Working closely with clients and their families to provide practical, considered and empathetic advice through important and often sensitive life matters

About You

This is an opportunity for a lawyer with approximately 3 years’ post-admission experience to take on a varied and interesting practice across estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation, with direct client contact and responsibility for your own matters.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience in Wills & Estates, with a genuine passion for helping clients protect what matters most to them
• Strong legal and drafting skills, with the confidence to provide practical, thoughtful and client-focused advice
• A caring and empathetic approach, particularly when supporting clients through sensitive or complex circumstances
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to be part of a team united by great client outcomes and supporting one another
