Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between Information Technology and operational stakeholders. This role is responsible for translating business needs into technology solutions, supporting Epic applications, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring optimal application performance across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Epic Willow expertise, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to supporting clinical and pharmacy operations. This position will play a critical role in application maintenance, system enhancements, upgrades, workflow optimization, and ongoing end-user support.
This is a 100% remote, six-month contract opportunity supporting a highly respected healthcare organization. Team members work standard business hours and collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams while participating in a shared on-call rotation.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
