Our team is currently hiring EVS (Environmental Services) Attendants to support operations in a high-traffic casino environment located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you!
Schedule & Shift
• Must be available 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
• Shift: Must be flexible to work hours between 11am-Midnight
• Ongoing assignment with steady hours
EVS Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the casino, including:
• Gaming floors, restrooms, dining areas, back-of-house, and public spaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all assigned areas
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Restock supplies in restrooms and cleaning carts
• Respond promptly to spills, debris, or hazards to ensure a safe environment
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and mops
• Comply with all safety and infection control procedures
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance in all service areas
Requirements:
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or food service roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment like a casino.
• Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and public safety.
• Able to handle cleaning chemicals and operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Must be comfortable interacting with guests and maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
Physical Demands:
• This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Uniform:
• Plain black polo shirt (no logos).
• Black pants.
• Black non-slip shoes w/black socks.
