Their work spans early-stage assessments, regulatory and permitting support, and ongoing monitoring programs across terrestrial and aquatic environments. The team brings together experienced environmental professionals who combine technical expertise with modern tools and approaches. They are seeking a Wildlife Discipline Lead This position offers a high degree of flexibility and autonomy and provides meaningful opportunities for both personal and professional development. The role requires a strong technical leader and capable project manager who is motivated to mentor and support a growing team. This is an opportunity to contribute strategically to the evolution of the discipline and to support the organization’s continued commitment to high-quality environmental work.
Remote / WFH / Hybrid: Hybrid or 100% remote (driving distance of Calgary, AB)
Travel: >5%
Salary: $95,000 - $142,000+, plus health benefits, annual performance bonus, personal allowance days, and RRSP matching
