The WIFI Tier 2 Engineer plays a hybrid role within the Managed WIFI team, supporting both Day 1 provisioning activities and ongoing WIFI Day 2 operations.
This role is responsible for configuring and activating customer WIFI services, performing detailed diagnostics, and assisting in maintaining a secure, scalable, and high-performing centralized WIFI platform.
The engineer will work closely with delivery teams during service onboarding and provide technical support to the WIFI Operations team for escalations, platform optimization, and process improvement.
The engineer participates in a 24x7 standby rotation and contributes to service improvements through RCA.
