This role isn't just about selling products—it's about influencing and achieving departmental and divisional sales goals while shaping our business strategy and revenue growth within the wide format solutions category.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Sales Excellence: Manage the sales funnel to achieve ambitious sales targets for wide format solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical discovery and opportunity triage for the wide format solutions team.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: From discovery to proposal, design and sell products and services within our robust wide format portfolio.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Develop a deep understanding of client needs through effective technical documentation and intake processes.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead with in-depth knowledge of wide format technologies, market trends, and competitor landscapes.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of Marco's solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expertise in Wide Format: Demonstrated experience and knowledge in wide format sales.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Drive and Initiative: Self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business collaboration tools.
  • Education and Experience: Associate’s degree in a sales/marketing program with three years of relevant experience preferred, or equivalent combination.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Base salary: $45,000 - $75,000 annually + commissions
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.
