Responsible for intake screening to determine eligibility for program. Accurately enters all data into WIC WOW computer system. Pins and issues eWIC cards. Does anthropometric and hematological screenings. Answers telephones, schedules appointments, and responds to all applicant queries either by phone, email or text message. Maintains all records and documentation as required by State WIC Regulations.
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and less than one year of previous work related experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred. Blood work training required and provided by WIC. Valid driver’s license with no pending violations and an acceptable driving record as stipulated by SJH policy and, if applicable, the SJH insurance carrier, for those required to drive a hospital vehicle.
