About the Role

Monford is excited to offer opportunities for experienced WHSE & Senior WHSE Advisors to join our team deliveringrenewable energy projects across the East Coast.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in strengthening our safety culture — enhancing systems, conducting risk assessments, and driving positive change in behavioural safety. You’ll take ownership of WHSE documentation, lead incident investigations, and analyse safety data to help us maintain our industry-leading standards.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• A relevant Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of related experience in WHSE roles coupled with a Certificate IV in WHS.
• A comprehensive understanding of WHSE legislation.
• A self-motivated and diligent work ethic, striving to achieve the highest standards in organisational safety and business transformation.
• We proudly maintain the highest standards of occupational health and safety with our 450001 accreditation. Experience working within this framework is highly advantageous.
• Adaptability to new technologies as we progress towards a paperless environment at MFG.
