You will deliver our national WHS management plan, drive cultural uplift, and ensure compliance with current WHS legislation. This is a strategic, yet highly operational role suited for a leader who excels at translating complex policies into practical, on-the-ground results.

The WHS Lead is responsible for ensuring a nationally consistent and legislatively compliant approach to workplace health and safety across ADF Careers, ensuring the health and safety of ADF Careers personnel, and the workplace safety of Adecco facilities and assets across the ADF Careers business.
Reporting to the Director, Risk, Audit and Governance, the WHS Officer is responsible for ensuring a nationally consistent and legislatively compliant approach to workplace health and safety across ADF Careers, ensuring the health and safety of ADF Careers personnel, and the workplace safety of Adecco facilities and assets across the ADF Careers business.
