About the role
We are seeking a dedicated WHS Business Partner to work alongside managers, staff, and key stakeholders in cultivating a strong safety culture while playing a crucial role in risk management, training, and incident prevention strategies. This position will involve collaborating to develop and implement safety initiatives that align with our business objectives. You will provide expert guidance to ensure compliance with WHS legislation, conduct risk assessments and audits, and lead incident investigations to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Additionally, a willingness to travel to all our sites when required – Thomastown, Euroa, Laverton, and Kinglake West – is essential for this role. We invite you to bring your expertise to our team and help us drive continuous improvement in safety and well-being!
Please note that you’re welcome to base yourself out of any of our offices, as long as you're willing to travel to all our sites each week.
What you’ll do
About You
Are you a dedicated WHS professional ready to make a significant impact? You’ll bring formal qualifications (Cert IV and above) and 3–5 years of experience in a WHS advisory or partner role. You’ll also have strong knowledge of WHS legislation, proven capability in risk management, incident investigation, and corrective action development, and ideally experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you influence at all levels, foster a proactive safety culture, collaborate effectively with client groups, and drive continuous improvement while coaching others in safe practices.
