We are seeking a WHS Business Partner to support the implementation of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) strategies across LDC operations. Working closely with the Country Senior SHE Manager, Operational Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company standards.
This role supports multiple sites and requires regular travel across LDC’s assets, including Wee Waa, Moree, Boggabri, Merah North, Moomin, Yarraman, Mungindi, Trangie and Warren. As a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, you will drive proactive risk management initiatives, foster a strong safety culture, and support continuous improvement in Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) performance across the region.
The successful candidate can be based in Wee Waa, Brisbane, or Toowoomba and will undertake frequent travel to support our regional operations.
