Job Description

Reporting to the Wholesale Director, this is a key field leadership role responsible for managing a team of wholesale SIS sales staff and driving sell-through performance in key department stores across ANZ. You will lead the execution of national brand strategies and seasonal initiatives, ensuring Levi’s® is consistently presented in a way that drives results, engages consumers, and supports our wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Sell-Through & Retailer Execution

  • Drive sales performance and brand presence in Myer and David Jones stores
  • Work closely with Account Managers and our BX Team to optimize in-store execution and sales conversion
  • Monitor and analyze sell-through data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Support in-season trading decisions with actionable insights and feedback

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing wholesale SIS sales team across Australia and New Zealand
  • Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and team training.
  • Promote a strong team culture focused on accountability, development, and results

Execution of Brand Experience Strategy

  • Execute the direction of the Brand Experience (BX) team in wholesale environments
  • Ensure seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activities are implemented consistently across all doors
  • Represent Levi’s® brand standards and values in all Department store partnerships.

Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Account Managers, the Marketing and BX team to deliver engaging customer experiences
  • Present seasonal updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to elevate Levi’s footprint in-store

Sales Tools & Training

  • Deliver seasonal product training, range showings, and sales tools to internal teams and our Department store partners
  • Equip SIS store teams with the knowledge and resources to convert customers and tell the Levi’s® story

Budget & Operational Management

  • Manage wholesale SIS team budgets, including wages and travel.
  • Ensure effective resource planning and weekly payroll submission
  • Track ROI on SIS activity and team performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in wholesale, retail operations, or sales management (ideally in fashion or lifestyle brand)
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire field-based teams
  • Commercial acumen and strong understanding of sell-through analysis
  • Experience working with major department stores such as Myer or David Jones
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage retail partner relationships
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to travel interstate and to New Zealand as required
