Please review the following job description:

Responsible for assisting Treasury Solutions sales in closing deals that involve solutions of multiple and technically complex
products to meet potentially customized and unique client needs. Also responsible for business development efforts to drive
revenue growth of assigned products with a focus on the sale of assigned complex technical solutions. Supports cross-divisional
solution development priorities of Treasury Solutions products and services. Collaborates with other divisional team to
recommend actions from a segment perspective to further monetize new and existing products/services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Operate as a resource for Sales Officers with assigned responsibility for specific subject matter needs that may encompass
any range of solutions across the Cash Management/Treasury Management, Commercial Deposits, Retail Payments,
International Services and Payroll Services business units.
2. Serve as the primary technical product expert to span all relevant channels and lines of business to engineer and articulate
strategic product alternatives to “C” level executives and business owners.
3. Assess, assemble, coordinate and lead stakeholders to function as deal teams for larger, complex payment business
opportunities.
4. Participate in individual and joint sales calls with Treasury Management Sales Officers to identify needs and establish and
demonstrate TRUIST’s value proposition as part of the sale and implementation of integrated payments solutions.
5. Interact in the sales process to cover all steps of client or prospect qualification, situation analysis, solution presentation,
issue resolution, close and implementation including: technical evaluation of client’s environment or situation, product
demonstration, positioning of solutions against competitor offerings, resolution of technical objections, close of technical sale,
implementation support and follow-up to ensure demonstration of value proposition conveyed during the sales process.
6. Interact regularly with Product Management to identify and consult on new product ideas, recommend creative/innovative
application of existing products, share competitive intelligence, and serve as a resource for concept testing and product launch.
7. Gather, analyze and track industry trends around assigned area of expertise. Develop and deliver formal presentations for
both internal and external use based on observed trends.
8. Serve as a subject matter expert in Treasury Management training activities.
9. Participate in focus groups and business case development activities to determine market potential.
10. Maintain superior level of industry knowledge and be capable of moving clients from paper to electronic offerings.
11. Engage clients and facilitate whiteboard sessions to help with reengineer Payables and Receivables processes, driving
process improvement and solution adoption.
12. Experience engaging C-suite leaders and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels to
drive alignment and results.
13. Advising corporate clients on finance and treasury transformation, leading technology enhancements, and delivering end-toend
implementation of advanced treasury and payment solutions.
14. Experience working directly within corporate environments performing core treasury, AP/AR, and IT integration activities,
with a strong ability to translate complex operational needs into scalable, technology-driven outcomes.
15. Experience in facilitating collaborative sessions and conducting ethnographic research to help clients re-engineer Payables
and Receivables processes, optimizing workflows and technology integration.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent education
and related training.
2. Ten years of financial institutional experience, including eight years of experience in Treasury Management specifically on the
consulting side.

The annual base salary for this position is $140,000 - $225,000. Additional Incentive pay is available for this role.
