Key Responsibilities: ● Enter wholesale print and digital orders, RMAs and credit memos from email and other sources ● Handle external customer support tickets and answer internal inquiries ● Approve and troubleshoot orders and RMAs generated through the SuiteCommerce online portal and other automated order sources such as EDI ● Process wholesale print invoices from item fulfilments ● Process enterprise and digital partner invoices ● Process print vendor purchase orders and receivers ● Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate and timely ● Work closely with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing errors and discrepancies ● Perform any necessary administrative duties, such as troubleshooting orders, reconciling shipments and inventory control ● Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure smooth wholesale operations ​ Requirements Qualifications: ● Fresh Grad to 1 year Experience ● Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. ● Netsuite, Salesforce, Google Sheets ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. ● Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus. ● Excellent Communication Skills (Oral and Written) B2 CEFR ● Keen attention to details ● Problem Solving Skills
