Job Description

We burst onto the scene as the OGs of female-first activewear back in 1998. And since then, we’ve been on a global mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. By uniting a global community of women – our sisterhood – together we encourage one another to embrace our bodies and everything we can do with them.

Our sisterhood treats every day like it’s made for moving, and we’re always pushing to do better too. Like using responsibly sourced materials, launching our first-ever FemTech collection – designed to keep you moving through menstruation, maternity and menopause – and supporting girls from all backgrounds to get into sport through our Sweaty Betty Foundation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Wholesale Operations Executive as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. You in?

Our Values:

WE REALLY CARE ∙ FIRST, BEST, BRAVEST ∙ OUR STRENGTH IS IN EACH OTHER ∙ STAND UP, SPEAK UP, SHOUT OUT

The Operations Executive manages the Wholesale Operations Administrator, driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. They act as the link between commercial, logistics, and finance functions — ensuring smooth order flow, accurate data management, and timely resolution of operational challenges. This is a pivotal role in maintaining the reliability, precision, and service standards that underpin Sweaty Betty’s global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership & Coordination:
• Lead the daily execution of the Wholesale fulfilment process across multiple partners, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
• Supervise the Wholesale Operations Administrator, ensuring prioritisation, workload balance, and adherence to service standards.
• Monitor order flow from creation to fulfilment, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure trading terms, pricing, and delivery conditions are correctly applied in all transactions.
• Support the Senior Manager in driving operational improvements and embedding global best practice.

Order Management & Fulfilment:
• Oversee end-to-end order processing including order creation, allocation, shipment tracking, and invoicing.
• Liaise closely with Distribution and Logistics teams to manage fulfilment timelines and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Partner with Customer Service to ensure accurate communication with wholesale partners and timely resolution of queries.
• Track OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance, identify root causes of shortfalls, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong awareness of key delivery windows and product launches to support sales execution.

Process & Data Integrity:
• Ensure accuracy of data across ERP, B2B, and CRM platforms — including pricing, terms, and product information.
• Support the implementation of operational process improvements to enhance efficiency, visibility, and control.
• Maintain order documentation and ensure compliance with trading, invoicing, and audit requirements.
• Monitor inventory status and liaise with Planning to align stock availability to partner requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to align operational delivery with commercial priorities.
• Partner with the Operations Manager or Head of Operations on system enhancements, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
• Support the preparation of performance summaries, fulfilment reports, and partner scorecards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process reviews across global operations.

Team Leadership & Development:
• Provide daily guidance and support to the Wholesale Operations Administrator.
• Ensure clear allocation of tasks, adherence to process, and development of operational capability.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance management of the Administrator
• Foster a collaborative and accountable culture within the operational team.
Experience & Profile
• 3–5 years’ experience in wholesale, 3P, or retail operations within fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle brands
• Strong working knowledge of order management, fulfilment, and operational processes
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams
• High attention to detail and data accuracy within ERP or B2B systems (SAP preferred)
• Proactive problem solver with excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confident handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
• Team leadership or supervisory experience advantageous
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools
