On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

• Wholesale Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Strategic and operational management of sales in the TT channel (supermarkets) and B2B;
• Active collaboration and negotiation with all relevant supermarket chains and clients;
• Developing and maintaining a network of B2B clients and sales channels;
• Planning, executing, and monitoring sales targets, budgets, and plans;
• Implementation of sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions;
• Managing, motivating, and monitoring the sales team;
• Establishing, monitoring, and improving KPIs and setting up a transparent bonus system;
• Market, competition, and sales results analysis;
• Ensuring discipline, transparency, and compliance with internal rules and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+years of experience in a similar position;
• Strong understanding of TT (Traditional Trade) channel operations, supermarket structures, and retail dynamics; Knowledge of B2B sales models, client acquisition, and long-term account management;
• Proven sales planning and execution skills, with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets;
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive sales teams;
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, both internal and external;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data into actionable insights;
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of sales results and remain focused on goals under pressure;
• Strong ability to act proactively, identify opportunities, and initiate actions without being prompted;
• Ability to maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset, even in challenging situations.
