
The Product Developer (C13) is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their field and contributes to directional strategy by applying this knowledge to their role and the broader business. This role is recognized as a technical authority within a specific area of the organization and requires a basic level of commercial awareness.
There are typically multiple individuals within the business who provide a similar level of subject-matter expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and persuade others, particularly colleagues across different areas and, on occasion, external customers.
The role has a significant impact on the business area through the delivery of complex initiatives and provides advice and counsel related to technology or operational matters.
