This role reports to the Wholesale Strategic Director and supports the execution of key Wholesale Client Engagement and strategic initiatives through project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational management. The associate partners across Wholesale, Technology, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Communications to drive priorities, track progress against strategic objectives, and deliver executive-ready reporting and insights. Responsibilities include managing dashboards, scorecards, trackers, SharePoint sites, and Microsoft Forms to support business routines, communications, content management, and workflow efficiency. The role leverages data analysis and business storytelling to provide actionable recommendations, maintain operational discipline, and enable informed decision-making by senior leaders. Success in this position requires strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support execution of priority Wholesale Client Engagement initiatives, including project planning, coordination, logistics, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials, insights, and updates for senior leadership, including ad hoc requests from Wholesale leaders.
  • Track progress against strategic priorities through standard routines, dashboards, scorecards, and follow-up with initiative owners.
  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites that support strategic execution, content management, document organization, navigation, and access coordination.
  • Create and manage Microsoft Forms for intake, surveys, event registration, feedback, business updates, and reporting needs.
  • Partner with Wholesale, Technology, Finance, Risk, Operations, Communications, and other stakeholders to advance deliverables and priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS


Required Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials – college degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
• 3-5 years of experience within consulting, business management, or financial services organization
• Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial services or banking experience.
  • Project management or business analyst experience.
  • Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, or executive reporting using data visualization or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience designing or maintaining SharePoint sites, team portals, or knowledge management resources.
  • Experience using Microsoft Forms, Excel, and SharePoint to support intake processes, surveys, feedback loops, event tracking, or workflow automation.
  • Ability to summarize complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Knowledge of Wholesale Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Consumer Banking, Small Business Banking, or related financial services businesses.
  • MBA preferred.
