Wholesale Admin Team Lead

Responsible for overseeing the daily execution of Wholesale activities ensuring adherence to established processes,

identifying operational improvement opportunities, supporting audits for quality assurance, and fostering a culture of

accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

This role provides guidance, coaching, performance management, and operational support to ensure quality, productivity,

and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.

Key Task Time

  • Lead, supervise, and support daily operations with an efficient job distribution, ensuring tasks are

accurately processed, executed, and documented according to regulatory and company requirements

  • Perform operational agent activities while taking ownership of process monitoring, quality

control, and overall process performance. Perform continuous validations and audits to ensure quality and mitigation of operational risk

  • In charge of producing the operational metrics, productivity, quality and performance while
  • Implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for Dealers, DFMs, Sales, Credit, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Provide regular individual feedback regarding job duties and responsibilities. Identify areas for improvement and coordinate with the manager training plans for the team, focusing on skills and knowledge that enhance their performance and support their professional development.

Qualifications

Education

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

· Highly proficiency in the English language

· Previous experience in tasks related to Wholesale Administration.

· Leadership and team development skills.

· Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
