Job Description

We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Wholesale Account Manager to lead and grow our global wholesale partnerships. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities, while ensuring an exceptional brand experience across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a proactive, hands-on approach, and have a passion for fashion and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Working cross-functionally, you will play a key role in shaping wholesale strategy, optimising processes, and supporting the continued growth of the KILLSTAR brand. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Account Management

  • Lead the day-to-day operations and communication across all wholesale accounts, serving as the primary point of contact

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring KILLSTAR remains a brand priority

  • Chair regular account trade meetings, including weekly or bi-weekly calls and quarterly business reviews

Sales & Performance

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets by account, ensuring alignment with overall business forecasts

  • Drive performance against agreed ATS (Available to Sell) targets, working closely with junior team members to secure goals

  • Provide ongoing sales analysis and reporting, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks

  • Focus on in season trading (capped discounts on high stocked items to move them through the season)

  • Drive increases on reorder and sell through rates

    Proactively drive new business through account acquisition, travel roadshows, trade shows, new initiatives

Digital & Order Management

  • Oversee the B2B digital platform for wholesale clients, ensuring optimal user experience and continuous process improvement. Actively drive change to improve

  • Work with the HoD to deliver a new B2B system in 2026

  • Ensure the wholesale order book is regularly updated, optimised, and accurately maintained across administrative and fulfilment systems.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing and documentation of wholesale orders, from order entry through to delivery.

Team Support & Development

  • Mentor and support Wholesale Assistant through structured coaching sessions, helping to remove barriers and develop their professional growth.

  • Foster a collaborative and proactive team culture, aligned with departmental goals

  • Ensure all wholesale partners adhere to KILLSTAR’s brand guidelines across digital and physical channels, including accurate imagery, tone of voice, and marketing content.

  • Monitor partner compliance and work collaboratively to resolve discrepancies.

Brand Representation & Compliance

  • Ensure all wholesale partners adhere to KILLSTAR's brand guidelines across digital and physical channels, including accurate imagery, tone of voice and marketing content

Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to build the wholesale range in line with seasonal strategies and partner needs.

  • Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, showroom appointments, and seasonal sales campaigns.

  • Deliver end-of-season analysis and lessons-learned reports and presentations to inform future planning and strategy.

  • Support the HoD in identifying and developing reporting tools required to enable maximum sales

  • Stay up to date with competitor activity and market trends to inform recommendations and strategy. Set up weekly packs to capture activity, with the support of the junior team

Process & Policy Optimisation

  • Work with HoD to map out best practice processes, working cross departmentally to deliver these

  • Identify and recommend improvements to streamline operations, enhance client experience, and increase efficiency.

  • Work cross functionally to ensure processes work across teams and have clear ownership

Marketplaces

  • Support Senior team with Marketplace implementation and management

  • Support junior team on day to day management of marketplace accounts

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Experience in a wholesale, sales, or account management role, preferably within a fashion or lifestyle brand.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercially aware with a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience managing and mentoring a team

  • Confident user of B2B platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (particularly Excel/Sheets), and wholesale ERP systems.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for fashion, retail, and consumer trends.

WORK HOURS & LOCATION:

We support ahybrid working model, with 3 days per week at our Brighton HQ and 2 days flexible. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm.
