About the Role:

As a White Goods Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality repairs and maintenance for a wide range of domestic appliances. You will be working with household names, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing appliances such as washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and more. The role involves managing your own schedule of callouts, with the opportunity to take ownership of your daily tasks and interact directly with customers, ensuring satisfaction with every visit.

Your role will be dynamic and varied, as youll be working on both routine service calls and urgent repairs. We want someone who is comfortable working independently, can manage time effectively, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours based on daily callouts (up to 9 callouts per day).
• No set hours, giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule.
• Youll need to be on call and ready to respond to callouts, typically during normal business hours.

Key Duties:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of domestic appliances.
• Ensure efficient and high-quality service at every callout.
• Manage your time and schedule effectively to complete up to 9 callouts a day.
• Provide excellent customer service, offering helpful advice and clear communication.
• Maintain and carry your own hand tools and equipment.
• Complete all paperwork and reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a White Goods Engineer or in a similar role.
• Full UK driving license (Company van provided).
• Own set of hand tools.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of appliances.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
