Key Responsibilities

• Manage issues related to:
• PMLA
• FEMA
• SEBI proceedings
• Corporate fraud investigations
• Economic offences
• Anti-corruption cases
• Financial and regulatory disputes
• Represent clients before:
• Special Courts
• High Courts
• Tribunals
• Regulatory authorities
• Prepare drafts for:
• Bail applications
• Replies and written submissions
• Complaints and petitions
• Legal notices
• Responses to investigations
• Regulatory filings
• Support activities including:
• Internal investigations
• Review of evidence
• Due diligence processes
• Coordination of forensic reviews
• Client advisory services
• Coordinate with agencies and authorities such as:
• Enforcement Directorate
• Central Bureau of Investigation
• Serious Fraud Investigation Office
• Securities and Exchange Board of India
• Perform legal research and develop strategic notes on intricate regulatory and criminal law matters.

Must-have skills

Proficiency in PMLA and White-Collar Crime
