Job specification

• loads the wood raw material into production and into the warehouse (sawdust, chips, recycled material), into the grate boiler (bark, recycled material), into the hackers and into the crusher (pallets, scraps, logs)
• loads scraps from the chipboards and OSB lines
• unloads wagons with sawdust and chips
• loading of trucks with bark, biomass, scraps, chips etc.
• cleaning of wagons after unloading
• loads the wood raw material into the OSB line, chipboards cuttings and fiber into the Leonhardt mower, pallets and wood residues into the Gisiger mower
• unloading of wagons and trucks without a hydraulic arm
• loading of debarked fiber from the line
• daily maintenance and cleaning of the machine
• takes notes on the progress of the shift
• checks the machine when taking over and starting the shift (handing over and ending the shift)
• observes internal company regulations
• maintains order in the workplace
• performs other tasks as instructed by the supervisor
• participates in regular maintenance of the loaders
• performs other tasks according to the supervisor's instructions, possible assistance in another department

Candidate Requirements

• request: min. 4 years experience working with huge wheel loaders or similar machiners (Volvo L180H)
• experience with large and heavy loads
• experience with hydraulic arm loading/operation
• age: 25-43 years old
• excellent knowledge of English language
• manual dexterity, independence, performance, quality, timing, team spirit
• good health / medicaly fit
• willing to learn Czech language
• long term cooperation
• willingness to work in shifts and overtimes
• driving certificates/license for wheel loader
• positive attitude and joy at work
