CURATING ORIGINALITY TAKES TALENT

W Sydney is now casting for Whatever Whenever Runners to support the guest journey by responding to guest requests, assisting in guest rooms, supporting Welcome Team with item delivery and errands as required, and maintaining clean, well organised pantry areas to ensure prompt and seamless service delivery. Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Actioning requests through Hotel Dispatch systems.
  • Action all guest requests for amenities
  • Deliver requested items promptly, professionally, and courteously
  • Enter guest rooms following all privacy, safety, and service protocols
  • Assist guests in-room by explaining room features such as lighting, air conditioning, TV, safe, curtains, and minibar
  • Provide basic first‑level troubleshooting for simple issues
  • Escalate unresolved or technical issues to Engineering or IT via the appropriate channel
  • Monitor usage and report low stock levels to the Supervisor promptly
  • Assist Wheels team with luggage and other guest services
  • Handle guest belongings carefully and respectfully at all times
  • Assist in off-property errands such as purchasing items for guests unavailable at the hotel
  • Visually inspect items prior to delivery (e.g., to identify defects)
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
