As a key member of the Whatever/Whenever team / Guest relations team, you are the behind-the-scenes force that ensures every guest experience runs seamlessly. From managing incoming calls to coordinating guest requests with precision, your role is all about logistics, anticipation, and operational excellence.
You’ll be the central point of contact for guest needs—coordinating with all departments to ensure requests are fulfilled smoothly and proactively identifying opportunities to go above and beyond. Whether it’s a last-minute birthday surprise or a special arrival setup, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of what makes a stay unforgettable.
This role requires a global understanding of hotel operations, strong multitasking abilities, and a natural flair for creating WOW moments—even from behind the scenes.

PROFILE
You are passionate about the W brand and are eager to be part of our team.
You have experience in Concierge/ Guest Service department in a high end, lifestyle kind of environment.
Fluent in French and English
You have a natural affinity to styling trends.
You have excellent people skills and have an upbeat, positive attitude to work and life.
You are creative and always think of new ways of doing things, you embrace change.
You are highly motivated
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Position to be filled for the Winter season : December 2026 to March 2027
