• Reporting
- Prepare report for customers for validation and issuing monthly invoice
- Working & following up closely with operation team to consolidate all costs
- Preparing monthly detailed revenue report by clients
- Booking all manual adjustments that relates to customer's warehouse operations transactions
• Invoicing / Billing:
- Verifying all payment requests and ensure the accuracy and compliance of invoices and supporting documents
- Booking warehouse expense in the system and sending invoices to BPO for posting
- Checking and validate outstanding cost at month end for reporting and update finance team
- Collecting the details data activities (related to cost/revenue control) to execute monthly billing to customers
- Handle invoice dispute and provide supporting document to customers as per request
- Share and support other customer accounts in CL when it is needed
