Over a 24-month graduate programme, you will rotate across key business functions, building a broad range of skills and gaining hands-on experience in areas such as:
- HSSE
- Operations
- Procurement
- Finance
- HR

- A graduate with a business-related degree, preferably in the fields mentioned above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic to learn and taking initiative.

- Resilient and being able to stay calm under pressure.
- Have a growth mindset and being able to learn from setbacks.
