About the Opportunity
As a WFM Implementation Consultant, you will participate in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Working under the direction of the Project Manager, you may lead one or more implementation activities while supporting customers throughout their implementation journey.
In this role, you will gather customer requirements, configure the Dayforce solution to meet documented business needs, manage customer expectations, provide guidance to Associate Consultants, identify project risks, and communicate issues to the Project Manager. You may also deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of the Dayforce Organizational Readiness toolkit.

What You'll Get to Do
• Document and validate customer business requirements and map them to Dayforce functionality.
• Configure the Dayforce application to meet documented customer business requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions, both virtually and in person, and document outcomes through meeting minutes.
• Attend internal project meetings and provide status updates on activities and deliverables.
• Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance within your areas of expertise.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with customers to implement Dayforce Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for solution rollout.
• Document implementation solutions and contribute to the solutions repository.
• Document best practices and share knowledge across the implementation practice.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by reviewing feedback and responding to questions.
• Participate in continuing education sessions.
• Complete product release training on a timely basis and maintain knowledge of new and enhanced functionality.
Skills and Experience We Value
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Workforce Management (WFM) application consulting.
• Experience with business process mapping.
• Change management experience is an asset.
• Fluency in German and English is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based software solutions, including HRIS systems.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL is an asset.
• Experience with one or more of the following applications: SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, or Dayforce.
• Ability to successfully implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution.
• Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices.
• Understanding of different industries and how Dayforce implementation best practices apply to customer business practices.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously while balancing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops and working sessions.
