DePuy Synthes is recruiting for aWFM Analyst; this Hybrid position will be in Raynham, MA (USA). Alternate Hybrid locations may be considered at Raritan, NJ (USA), West Chester, PA (USA), or Palm Beach Gardens, FL (USA)

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics company,operatingasDePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may berequired, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it isanticipatedthat, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuySynthesand your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes atan appropriate timeand subject to any necessary consultation processes.

The WFM Analyst plays a critical role in enabling efficient workforce planning and operational execution by providingdatadriveninsights, forecasts, and performance reporting. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and functional leaders to ensure staffing models, capacity plans, and productivity assumptions align with business demand. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence operational efficiency, service levels, anddecisionmakingacross the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workforce demand, capacity, and productivity data to support shortand longtermplanning activities.

  • Develop andmaintainworkforce models, forecasts, and staffing scenarios aligned with business needs.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to laborutilization, efficiency, and service levels.

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights for business partners and leadership.

  • Identifytrends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to workforce performance and resourcing.

  • Partnercrossfunctionallywith operations, finance, HR, and planning teams to supportdecisionmaking

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating process effectiveness and data accuracy.

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired(Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field).

  • Advanced degree preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically requires 2–4 years of relevant work experience in workforce management, analytics, operations planning, or a related analytical role.

  • Proficiencyin data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting platforms, or workforce planning systems).

  • Experience preparing clear, actionable reports and presentations for business stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in afastpacedenvironment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or MedTech environment.

  • Familiarity with workforce planning, capacity modeling, or labor optimization methodologies.

  • Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools.

  • Exposure tocontinuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives.

  • Strong analytical andproblemsolvingskills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills

Other:

  • Language: Englishrequired

  • Travel: Minimal (≤10%), primarily domestic.

  • Certifications: Workforce planning, analytics, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred but notrequired
