Position Overview
The Ticketing & Scanning Attendant plays an important role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and welcoming guest experience during Westerner Days taking place July 15–19, 2026. Reporting to the Tickets Alberta Manager, this position is responsible for scanning tickets and credentials at admission entry points, supporting RAD (Ride All Day) redemption operations, and assisting guests with ticketing inquiries.
This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as team members may be assigned to various admission and redemption areas throughout the event and must be able to respond quickly to changing operational needs in a fast-paced fair environment.
The Ticketing & Scanning Attendant contributes to the overall success of Westerner Days by supporting efficient guest flow, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring a positive guest experience at Westerner Park.
