Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, perform orthopedic surgical procedures, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with UAE healthcare standards.

Requirements

Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).

Completion of a recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery (e.g., UK CCT, American Board, Canadian, Australian, Irish, New Zealand, Western European Board, or equivalent).

Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization clinical experience (depending on the qualification and licensing authority).

Expertise in diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal disorders, fractures, trauma, sports injuries, arthritis, and degenerative bone and joint diseases.

Experience performing orthopedic procedures such as:

• Joint replacement surgery (hip, knee, shoulder)
• Trauma and fracture fixation
• Arthroscopic surgery
• Sports injury management
• Hand and upper limb procedures (if applicable)
• Foot and ankle surgery (if applicable)

Ability to interpret X-rays, CT scans, and MRI studies.

Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
