Job Description

Primary Responsibilites

  • Lead the Western Hemisphere Inside Sales team to achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee the full Sales Order lifecycle from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Provide pricing and margin oversight for quotations generated across the Western Hemisphere.
  • Train, coach, and develop Inside Sales team members to support a high-performance sales culture.
  • Work with upper management on pricing strategy, profitability, and plant loading priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reporting, including sales KPI metrics.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using LEAN methodologies.

Job Duties

  • Manage price lists to support Master Service Agreements with Partner Accounts.
  • Oversee tender preparation activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.
  • Coordinate with Outside Sales to ensure appropriate coverage and balanced workload.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Credit, Technical Support, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Logistics to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.
  • Partner with IT to improve sales applications, workflows, and system functionality.
  • Leverage data to support decision-making, margin analysis, pricing review, and process improvements.
  • Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across sales activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of oil industry experience strongly desired.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Inside Sales experience preferred.
  • Previous supervisory, managerial, or team leadership experience highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, especially for margin analysis and pricing review.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP, CRM, or CPQ systems is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Creative, resilient, and driven by continuous improvement in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
